To je, izme\u0111u ostalog, zbog toga \u0161to je MTEL Austria, kao \u010dlanica Telekom Srbija grupe, i nastala iz \u017eelje da omogu\u0107i vrhunska komunikaciona re\u0161enja onima koji \u017eive i rade u ovoj zemlji, a poreklom su iz Srbije, Bosne i Hercegovine i Crne Gore. Po zvani\u010dnim statistikama, dr\u017eavljana Srbije u Austriji ima vi\u0161e od 121.000, iz Bosne i Hercegovine oko 97.000 i nekoliko hiljada iz Crne Gore. Zajedno \u2013 to je maltene pandan po broju potencijalnih korisnika stanovni\u0161tvu Graca, a vi\u0161e od broja stanovnika Linca, drugog i tre\u0107eg grada po veli\u010dini u Austriji! Ovo pitanje bi\u0107e jedno od su\u0161tinskih za dalje \u0161irenje, budu\u0107i da ako se MTL poka\u017ee konkurentan sa cenama i kvalitetom, mo\u017ee da privu\u010de osim korisnika sa Balkana i ostale stanovnike ovih zemalja, za koje \u0107e sigurno biti potrebna korisni\u010dka podr\u0161ka na lokalnom jeziku.<\/p>\n<p>Svako od nas je bar nekoliko puta do sada bio u situaciji da kontaktira \u010dlanove podr\u0161ke nekog od mobilnih operatera. Nekada je to najbr\u017ei na\u010din dola\u017eenja do odre\u0111enih informacija koje se ti\u010du same usluge, proizvoda, mogu\u0107nosti i opcija koje kompanija pru\u017ea. Ali, neretko i zbog odre\u0111enih izazova i problema sa kojima smo kao korisnici ponekad suo\u010deni.<\/p>\n<p>Nezvani\u010dna istra\u017eivanja detaljnije daju uvid u rezultate koliko je pored \u0161iroke i raznovrsne ponude, kvalitetna usluga podr\u0161ke unutar jednog mobilnog operatera krucijalna kada su u pitanju zadovoljstvo klijenata i njihovo zadr\u017eavanje. \u010cak 65% ispitanika navelo je da osim same ponude paketa, vrlo im je va\u017ean i celokupan proces podr\u0161ke i pru\u017eanja informacija od pomo\u0107i, bez predugog \u010dekanja na operatera i komplikovanih procedura. Naro\u010dito kada je u pitanju transparentnost kori\u0161\u0107enja usluga u inostranstvu, poput roaminga.<\/p>\n<p>Poslednjih godina svedoci smo da je lestvica, kada je u pitanju zadovoljstvo korisnika, postavljena prili\u010dno visoko i neophodno je imati dobro utemeljene procese podr\u0161ke i kvalitetan tim profesionalnog osoblja, koje je u mogu\u0107nosti da na te izazove odgovori u najkra\u0107im mogu\u0107im intervalima.<\/p>\n<p>Upravo je ovo razlog za\u0161to se mnoge velike i uspe\u0161ne kompanije odlu\u010duju da usluge korisni\u010dkih centara delegiraju i prepuste drugim kompanijama koje su eksperti na tom polju.
