Your profile:
- Completed IT training (FON, IT Academy, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Windows Systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with network technology is an advantage
- High flexibility (e.g. emergency service)
- Team player with commitment and solution competence
- Willingness to travel between our locations
- Readiness for getting new knowledge and experience
- Good knowledge of English, German is an advantage
Your area of responsibility:
- Helpdesk support (Troubleshooting, User-Management, VPN-Settings, Server, etc.)
- CRM system support
- Coordination with extern IT support companies and IT Service providers (Provider, CLC software provider, CRM Systems, SQL etc.)
- Further development and optimization of system-relevant processes
