Your profile:

  • Completed IT training (FON, IT Academy etc.) will be considered an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Windows Systems and computer hardware
  • Experience with network technology is an advantage
  • High degree of flexibility, including emergency service availability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to travel between our locations
  • Readiness to learn new knowledge and experience
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), German is an advantage


Your area of responsibility:

  • Helpdesk support (Troubleshooting, user management, VPN settings, Server maintenance and optimization, etc.)
  • CRM system support
  • Coordination with external IT support companies and IT Service providers (Provider, CLC software provider, CRM Systems, SQL etc.)
  • Further development and optimization of system-relevant processes
