Your profile:
- Completed IT training (FON, IT Academy etc.) will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of Windows Systems and computer hardware
- Experience with network technology is an advantage
- High degree of flexibility, including emergency service availability
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel between our locations
- Readiness to learn new knowledge and experience
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), German is an advantage
Your area of responsibility:
- Helpdesk support (Troubleshooting, user management, VPN settings, Server maintenance and optimization, etc.)
- CRM system support
- Coordination with external IT support companies and IT Service providers (Provider, CLC software provider, CRM Systems, SQL etc.)
- Further development and optimization of system-relevant processes
