We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Operations Manager
We are on the lookout for someone with management experience in the Call Center industry and a hunger for career growth. As our Call Center Operations Manager, you will be leading a team of at least 2 Team Managers and 30 agents.
Your profile:
- Previous experience as a Team Manager in the Call Center world, handling inbound or outbound projects and leading a team of 15 or more agents
- You’re a hands-on person with a strong drive for career growth
- You’re fluent in English and if you speak German, that’s a bonus!
- High social and communication skills
- You’ve got a background in economics
Area of responsibility:
- Leading a team of Team Managers and agents within the dedicated project
- Collaborating closely with Senior Management to achieve financial goals
- Making sure client needs are met with internal resources
- Working together with HR in acquiring needed personnel
- Budget responsibility, financial forecasting, and reporting
- Quality Management
- Coordinating training and coaching activities
- Achieving SLA and KPI targets
